RS888 Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and RS888 ("RS888", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the RS888 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotions, and any related services.

Access to and use of RS888 is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms. By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm your acceptance. If you are not willing to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using RS888 and close your account.

RS888 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notification on the platform. Continued use of RS888 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

To open and maintain an RS888 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RS888 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any player found to be underage will have their account closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must be accessing RS888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of RS888 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by RS888 or any of its associated service providers.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions list, whether Pakistani national or international, that would prohibit RS888 from providing services to you.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, whether placed by yourself or imposed by RS888.

RS888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot satisfy eligibility requirements. Misrepresenting your age or identity during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one RS888 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

Your RS888 account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify RS888 support immediately at support@rs888.run.

RS888 reserves the right to conduct identity, age, and source-of-funds verification checks at any time. During a verification review, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the check is satisfactorily completed. We aim to complete all standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

All financial transactions at RS888 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept or process foreign currency deposits. There is no currency conversion on the RS888 platform — your balance always reflects PKR.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. RS888 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by RS888 support.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• RS888 may require KYC documentation before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods and same-day for bank transfers, subject to successful verification.
• RS888 reserves the right to perform additional fraud and AML checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

RS888 reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes are suspected. In such cases, RS888 will comply with applicable reporting obligations without necessarily notifying the player that a report has been made.

RS888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside the individual promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that bonus.

General bonus rules that apply to all RS888 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Bonus funds are typically non-withdrawable — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may be withdrawn once requirements are met.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• RS888 bonuses are limited to one per player, per promotion, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• RS888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be unfair to players who have already actively commenced wagering under that promotion.
• Any bet placed to exploit a bonus or that appears to RS888 to represent low-risk or no-risk wagering intended to meet requirements without genuine gambling activity may be voided.

All bets placed at RS888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — casino, sports betting, esports, virtual sports, or live dealer games. These product-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all RS888 products:

• A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by RS888 systems. A bet is not valid based on a player's intention to place it or a partial input that was not completed.
• RS888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and minimum bet limits on any market, game, or product at any time.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a bet — including but not limited to software faults, communication failures, or display errors — RS888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Odds displayed on the RS888 sports and esports platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed, not the odds displayed at the time you began the bet placement process.
• RS888 may void any bet where the outcome has already been determined at the time the bet was placed (except for in-play markets where this is the nature of the product).
• Any attempt to exploit a pricing error, technical vulnerability, or system error to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in voiding of affected bets and potential account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RS888 platform. Engaging in any of the following actions will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Collusion — working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other competitive gaming format on RS888.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to another player in a way that constitutes cheating.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk hedging strategies solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity.
• Money laundering — using RS888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Automated or robotic betting — using bots, scripts, automated programmes, or any software designed to place bets on RS888 without manual player input.
• Harassment — using the live chat feature or any other RS888 communication channel to harass, threaten, or abuse dealers, staff, or other players.
• Underage gambling — allowing or facilitating a person under 18 years of age to access and use your RS888 account.

RS888 employs monitoring technology to detect prohibited conduct. If suspected prohibited conduct is identified, RS888 may immediately freeze the relevant account pending investigation. RS888's determination as to whether a breach has occurred is final in all non-disputed cases.

All content on the RS888 platform — including the brand name RS888, the logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, sound, video, and software — is the intellectual property of RS888 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms or on the RS888 platform grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to RS888.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, transmit, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any RS888 content without prior written consent from RS888. Unauthorised use of RS888 intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

RS888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial difficulties. RS888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session length after which RS888 will automatically log you out.
• Reality checks — receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from RS888 for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
• Account cooling-off — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RS888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the RS888 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the RS888 platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled, that affects your ability to place bets or access your account.
• Any loss arising from your use of the RS888 platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
• Any unauthorised access to your RS888 account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any third-party content, software, or services linked to or integrated into the RS888 platform.

RS888's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits RS888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

You may close your RS888 account at any time by contacting support at support@rs888.run. Before account closure, any outstanding bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

RS888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Conduct that RS888 reasonably determines is harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Player becoming ineligible due to age, jurisdiction, or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, RS888 may retain the player's balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and necessary to cover any loss, liability, or investigation costs arising from the breach.

RS888 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the RS888 website. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you have the right to close your RS888 account before the change takes effect. Your continued use of RS888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to RS888's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, RS888 and the player will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through RS888's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under RS888's operating licence. RS888's decisions on matters not subject to external adjudication are final.

Any claim must be submitted to RS888 within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
